Extremely fun time up here! Great beer, geat view, it was amazing. Love this spot!!
Absolutely amazing show. The staff is super funny and shares all their knowledge about the beautiful birds. I have never seen such an interesting and entertaining show. I can highly recommend it to anyone. Even if you are not a big bird fan it's still really fun to see all the birds fly around while they provide all the information. Show was a bit longer than an hour but it went by really fast. The location is also really nice and you have a great view from the top.

This isn't really a nature reserve, it's just the hill upon which the Burg Greifenstein has been built. Some pathways up to the entrance, nothing to write home about.
Beautiful small castle/fortress on the hill with an open tower which you can visit and enjoy a fantastic view all over the place.
Also the restaurant and brewery are of fine quality in their meals and drinks, and the whole place has maintained the medieval atmosphere like its inception.

A very interesting destination. There is a parking lot at the foot of the castle. The running path to the castle is great with a view of the great landscape and the city. The castle to experience and discover. The tower to climb is also interesting with a great view of the Thuringian region. The inn is very rustically furnished with a beautiful fireplace, beautiful pictures, etc. The food tastes very good. Regional items on the food and drink menu are fun. Toilets are clean. I'd love to come back.
Yesterday we went to a knight's dinner with the fire department club. The ambience is excellent and the castle with the view is highly recommended, although the climb is very strenuous for older people. The food is excellent and you can't do it better. The staff is very friendly and attentive, so nothing was missing. The staff also took the time to bring guests who were no longer able to walk so well back to the parking lot by car. Thank you for a very successful evening.
